Now they are using less locums and have more permanent doctors it's a lot easier to get an appointment with the one you want to see. Dr. Newton is a very welcome asset to the practice. They are still the best practice by far.

Can never get appointment and never see the same doctor so they nothing about your history.

Try to have more appointments and doctors read your medical history before they see you.

I love this surgery when I moved house quite a distance I asked to stay here so I travel quite far to this surgery. I don't have any issues with receptionist I just don't like it when they ask you what seems to be the problem. I don't like to discuss things with people other then my GP. I find them all really nice the receptionists... But I'm finding it harder to get an appointment. Since learning how to use E consult it's a whole new ball game. I always get to speak to my gp via phone if I don't need to see the gp.

I think all the staff try there best at this surgery.. Times are hard I think people just need to have more patients with the staff.
